Hello. I am wondering if anyone will point me to any resources on how I may conduct SIMPER analysis for non-parametric data. I have around 50 variables but many of my groups have few N samples while others are many (more than 30). Most of the resources I come across deal with normal distributions. I am currently using PAST but can download Primer if a non parametric analysis can be performed there. Thank you for your help!
