Glove box with a purifier system recycles the inert gas and removes toxic elements produced during depositions will it affect the consumption of inert gas during the purge process to attain an inert environment? if we don't install a gas purifier system?

As you have said in your question description as " perovskites are very sensitive to the ambient environment ....", we need to increase the purity of inert gases which we can fill-up in the glove box.

As we know the purity of inert gases in the cylinders, e.g. Nitrogen gas (99.999%), normally, Typical impurity levels: Oxygen < 2ppm, H2O

There are three important elements to a glove box operation. All three are critical. First is the inert gas that is used to remove O2 and H2O down to certain levels. Second is that they stay at a positive pressure so that the environment around the box cannot contaminate it. And finally this gas needs to be recirculated through your aforementioned "purifier" to finally get the levels down to the low ppm target objective. Flooding the box with more inert gas will not reach the final target values and becomes especially wasteful. These purifiers are typically molecular sieve devices that self-regenerate with hot air. There may also be a need to address the consequences of what else is happening in the glove box. For instance, if you are spraying a solvent based material onto a substrate, then a part of your purifying loop may need to address condensing and collecting the solvent vapors instead of letting them accumulate in the box.

The glove box is supplied with an inert gas presumably N2. This gas must be purified before injecting into the chamber. So, it is purified wit filters to remove the oxygen and water vapor since these two gases harm the perovskite solar cells.
