Siglec-F+ / F4/80+ / CD11b intermediate population in BAL?

We analyzed mouse BAL cells by flow cytometry using antibodies against Siglec-F, F4/80 and CD11b. Next to the Siglec-F positive eosinophils and the F4/80 positive macrophages, we see a cell population which is positive for Siglec-F and F4/80, is CD11b intermediate and has a high SSC. This F4/80+ eosinophil population can be found in the bone marrow but has anybody found this population in the BAL fluid?
