Quite often, I stumble upon an experimental procedure that utter fails to produce the target. Honestly, a trend can be seen, especially if I was trying an experiment that is reported by indian or chinese authors.
I'm glad you raised this question. As far as I understand this forum has been designed for such discussions. Unfortunately, it's flooded by questions which could be easily answered by googling. If you have the a question to a published paper, just write an open review of the paper. I 'm often shocked how some evidently wrong data/interpretations are published in a very respectable journals.
