I am performing an Immersion test for a biomedical implant for 7 days under PBS solution. But I am in a confusion that should I change the PBS solution every day during the 7-day test for better results of pH or not?

According to my experience, if it is only 7 days, it would be not necessary to change the solution. However you can check the pH everyday, if you saw some significant changes, then do it.

It is not necessary to change the PBS solution every day.
This depends on the ph level of the solution; you must check the pH level by nearly equal to these factors in human blood plasma (7.35 to 7.45), otherwise should be solution change.
PBS solution change for such a short duration is not necessary. I will suggest you to watch for pH as well as absorbance variation regularly.
