Today I received an email from Research Outreach regarding a recently published work of mine. They are interested to include the paper, in a modified form, in their next issue. They mentioned "we publish under the Creative Commons Licence and you will own the copyright to your published material, and we can send you a separate PDF download, to be used on your web-page, at events, conferences, or as outreach material for students etc."
As I have no idea on "Research Outreach", can anybody suggest what should I do? Or, the pros-cons of including article in a "Research Outreach" issue.

The second is whether the original article ( already published) hast copyright. If this article is protected and you dacide to republish the information it could be considered autoplaggio.

This request from Research Outreach sounds suspicious. Serious journals do not send such requests. If your article is copyrighted to anyone/anything than you, then you are not allowed to give it away to another publisher.

If any journal copyrights your paper a second publication could be considered as plagiarism. Also, Research outreach isn't an academic journal (did you receive an email from Luke Tyler?); for all I know, this sounds like a fake journal.
The copyright issue is an important point. They also approached and sounded a bit suspicious...
I had a magazine and book publisher approach me for a general interest article. As the brief was near on identical I submitted almost identical manuscripts (with slight difference in emphasis in text, and figures). The articles also had two different target audiences, one local the other international. In this instance, it should not pose an issue. Had they been refereed journal articles, then, yes, it would have mattered hugely.
