Are there any studies including results with Pros and cons asking refugees in a PTSD-questionnaire for concrete Trauma (criteria A DSM-V)

- if the refugees are answering with paper and pencil in their housing and

- without a doctor or psychologist?

The idea is to ask the refugees in their housings by trained volunteers. The questionnaire concerning the other specific criteria according to the DSM-V are clear.

In a clinical context there would be professional help if unforeseen re-experiencing is  heavy. What are the experiences with screening instruments outside such a clinical context or without a professional help to PTSD?

Thank you.
