Should there be symmetry in local density of states, when we are simulating graphene nano ribbon or not? Please share your views.

Thans Mohsen,but i have seen some papers which shows that when we have applied some bias to get energy gap in GNR ,which was earlier not,LDOS does not remains symmetric.
