What is the specify the values of different institutional structures (private sector, public sector, and university) in your country? I wanna ask. Do scientific thinking is limiting or shaping by believing? What is the point of view especially in countries with different religions or beliefs? Do interact with science and belief or religions everywhere? Are there countries where the scientific thinking system and beliefs are not influenced by each other?
Religious rules and rules of perceived ethics form the norm in any society. And social norm matters for decision making by individuals, households, firms, political and apolitical organizations, governments, etc. It follows that religious rules and rules of perceived ethics will be quite effective in scientific studies in many fields.

Maybe. Here is one rule from Genesis. Genesis 1:12 – “The earth brought forth… trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind.” Thus, if this is true, applying it to scientific studies would indicate one could not cross breed an orange and apple, for example.
The rules of religion are relative and depend on society, its philosophy, and its beliefs. I believe that religion should be kept away from the academic institution, and this comes within academic freedom.
