Scholar A argues “In my country, the responsibilities of a lecturer are: 1) to give lectures to students; 2) conducted some researches; 3) implemented their knowledge to the society. We have some problems in doing all these responsibilities, particularly in time we have. Therefore, the outcomes cannot be maximum. What should the right responsibility of a lecturer in the university so that we can maximize our capacity? I argue that securing research grant should also be the main responsibility of a lecturer in the university.
