Construct validity is used to determine how well a test measures what it is supposed to measure. In other words, is the test constructed in a way that it successfully tests what it claims to test? Construct validity is usually verified by comparing the test to other tests that measure similar qualities to see how highly correlated the two measures. What will be the benefits to the academia and industry? Why do 90 percent of scholars work do not survive the next generation in the last two hundred years?
If the Doctoral Thesis is the result of a research process (Research Protocol and Thesis), and if the objective of this research was to identify new and innovative knowledge (Hypothesis Test) using non-validated instruments; to give internal validity to the results, you must first validate the measurement instruments (validity of concept and content, validity of construction, formal validity, applicability, reliability).
