I found a peptide (15 amino acid) drug which has no definite secondary structure that binds very well to a receptor. I am having doubts regarding it. Is it necessary for peptide drugs to have definite secondary structures? What are the implications of a peptide drug with no alpha helices or beta sheets?

You state that your peptide has no definite secondary structure. This is indeed possible. Nonetheless, how did you determine that the peptide does not possess secondary structure?
What medium/solvent were the experiments carried out in? Many peptides do not possess secondary structure in aqueous solution, but adopt a defined structure in a more hydrophobic medium, such as a water-trifluoroethanol mixture, or in contact with membranes (or perhaps your receptor?).
