Reality is random(Dionysian) but people should not respond by living haphazardly. People should plan to benefit from the volatility (humans should be Apollonian). Example: just because earthquakes happen does not mean people should gamble with their money.

Yes of course, because in a world full of indiscipline, being irrational and having excess emotion, one can't depend on this to survive but appollonian encourages reasoning in every aspect of nature which brings out better decisions that create a peaceful nature.
