it is not very clear in your question. in the title I thought it is a film, and you metioned in the text that it is gold particle. if it is particle in such size, people usually call it is LSPR, but sometimes SPR is also OK.

As mentioned the term LSPR (Localized SPR) is mostly used with particle plasmons. But of course there is a lot of diversity in literature. You'll find SPR as well. Sometimes people denote the longituginal and transverse Plasmon resonance with LSPR and TSPR, respectively.
You are working with a plasmonic particle at nanometer scale, in which, electrons of the conduction band are confined in space. Therefore, you can use the term Localized surface plasmon resonance. Good Luck.
