Should I use parametric or non-parametric method for my test?

Hi everyone,

I want to analyze my data for the plantar test. I have 4 groups in my study. 2 groups are related to treatment and 2 are control and vehicle. my data for treatment groups are normal while the control and the vehicle groups are not normal. I added all of them to the prism and used the normalized option. after that prism suggested 2way-ANOVA for analyzing it. I was wondering if this method is correct. should ] use non-parametric methods?
