In my questionnaire I have a question that has 2 qualitative variables. One consists out of the different emotions/feelings and the other variable is the group (I am comparing three different groups). Can I just simply compare the most chosen emotion per group and with percentages make a comparison or do I need to run a statistical test and if so which one?

The question looks like this:

Which emotion/feeling do you experience the most while purchasing a good?

- Hope

- Joy

- Interest

- Excitement

- Pleasant surprise

- Trust

- Expectation

Thus, I am comparing the answers of three different groups.

Thank you so much.
