Hi everyone,

I'm running a multiple linear model on a dependent variable of prevalence ratio of a disease in a sampled wild population against 5 environmental independent variables.

My prevalence ratio results from the formula of +ve individuals/total individuals sampled. I.e. 3 +ves / 5 total = 0.4 prevalence ratio. If I have a sampled population of 5 +ve / 5 total, or 5 -ve / 5 total, I obtain a ratio of either 1 or 0 respectively.

Should I account for those data points to be included in my analysis?

Thank you very much.
