Centrifugation can be used for enzymes separation and extraction from a liquid suspension. Honestly, I cannot see the meaning of centrifugation for the total solids analysis. Centrifugation definitely can not affect the total solids reading, such analysis is addressed to any homogenous or heterogenous liquid sample and consist in heating the sample up to ca. 105 degC followed by the gravimetric assess of the solid content after water evaporation. So, my firmly oppinion is that centrifugation has no sense for such scope.
My previous answer of no influnece on total solids is for the case when enzymes are not removed from the suspension but only separated or concentrated in the initial media. If they are removed, there can not be a total separation so as the total solids in the extracted part is a bit lower than for the initial enzymes concentration in suspension.
