It depends on you aim.

1. Are you going to know effects of different salinity levels on plant-mycorrhiza interaction? Then it is better to use sand, perlite or Hoagland solution as your root media. In this case you can add salts either before or after the mycorrhiza inoculation.

2. Are you going to study plant-mycorhiza interaction in saline soils of a specific location? Then you better take soil samples from field and then sow plant seeds and mycorrhiza within the saline soil.

Most of the mycorrhizal inoculation treatment in the pot experimentation are given as soil amendment, so you can proceed with the soil amendment of the mycorrizae after seed showing. However the soil must be sterilized or fumigated before the seed showing. 

Saline addition you can done as your experimental plane but you have to have maintain the inoculum concentration per Kg of the soil and  its compatibility with  the added saline.

Thank you all very much.  In fact I was confused to apply saline solution in the growing soil. Now I am confirmed.  In case of presalined soil, how can I irrigate water? it may cause lose of salinity concentration. Or should I irrigate with saline solution? Please suggest  me.

I think it will be better to irrigate with saline solution with the same concentration of soil salinity you are using.

. I did run a similar test to assess , as mycorrhiza work in Acid Soil, for this was necessary  sterilize soil , mycorrhizal inoculum standardize , always check the soil pH and evaluate the symbiosis roots.This last is important , maybe could adjust pH at  nutrient solution and water.
