Same like PC members, should every conference submission site also allow authors to mark conflict of / competing interests with an PC member/reviewer by the time of submission?. This is very common practice in Journal submission system where authors can specify list of reviewers which should not review their paper due to any competing interest.
Hi Mohammad, I am not sure what you really mean by 'conflict of interest with PC members' or PC stands for. However, if you're trying to find out if people who submit abstracts to conferences required to submit conflict of interest statement, then, my answer would be - It is not necessary. This is because, most of the abstracts and conference presentation would ask for funding source. If you're supported by a pharma company or a company that manufacture cigarette or a medical device, you will end of citing them in the acknowledgement section. This way, people would understand where the money comes from. Additionally, if you're an expert in the field, most likely, you would know by heart, who has government funding and who normally associated with companies for funding.
I am sure, PC means Program Committee. But anyway, in the field of zoology (mammalian ecology) there hardly are coferences, where PC would block presentation or acceptance of abstract. Maybe, there are other, more concurentive conferences? Then, of course, possibility to mark conflict is needed. However, to my mind, it will not help, either.

If conferences submissions are reviewed, then - yes, it should be possible to exclude reviewers (as in some good journals).
