Should a microbe that can grow in both 0ppt and 200ppt salinity be called extremely halotolerant or an extreme halophile?

I have isolated 4 bacterial and 2 fungal endophytes that are able to grow in media amended with 0ppt, 35ppt, and 200ppt salt. Should these be described as halophiles or just as exhibiting extreme halotolerence? By some accounts, halophiles are only organisms that require salt.
