I think that individual differences should be taken into account since learners are emotional creatures and need to be behaved well in teaching target language.
My answer would be YES! It seems to me that the job of a teacher is to match ones instruction with the learning style of the learner. Thus, individual differences would be a crucial component of that.

In all classes their are students with different abilities and individual differences. If we teach all students in the same way, the teachers won't meet the needs of the best students and the lowest achievers. I think the teacher should consider individual differences to be taken into account in providing corrective feedback.
