Yes I know Dr.Dimitar P. Mitev. but I plan to convert it to graphene oxide (which is hydrophilic)without compromising much of its surface electrical properties.

Reduced GO can possibly be used; it has some defects but is much more hydrophyllic than the conventional graphene. About GO: there are some papers stating its toxicity. I'll post one a bit later
