Dear All!
I'm creating a service area but atis Point 'A' and point 'B', the polygon of service area in indented which even visually can be concluded wrong. THis area should extend till green arches that I Draw. Can anyone tell me where I've made mistake? and yes! all the roads in these indented regions are connected.
It would be a great help if someone just help me resolve the issue.?

The data set contains of road network which is taken from OpenStreet Map.

This could be disconnected network.
Click on the network identify tool on the roads where the polygon stopped.
Now see if those roads are "interconnected" to the roads/areas that are not within the parameters of the polygon.

Before computing a service area, did you try a simple shortest path between two areas two areas that seem disconnected?
A possible problem could be when creating the network, you have to choose to connect all the intersections. OSM data is not always designed to be routable.
Pradeep Paraman Sir, I have double-checked on that. The network is not broken at any point!
First Remove all topological errors prior to any network analysis output.
