I have been performing liquid-liquid partition of plant extract. At the end I realized (using TLC and Spectrophotometry) that some water soluble phenolics are presents in the water fraction together with sugars and proteins.
Can you please, provide any method and/or hints to take out those phenolics out from the rest ?

I guess there are other options, but that of the solid-phase extraction is seemed appropriate in your case. In the attached paper you can see nice example in which it is carried out a separation of the anthocyanins from the other components of the extract, such as sugars.

To separate phenolics, the sample must be acidified to pH 2 with 6 N HCl and extracted four times with two volumes of ethyl ether. The extracts should be combined, evaporated at water bath and resuspended in 2.5 ml 70% acetone or 80% methanol for analysis of total phenolics and HPLC/MS detection of individual phenolic compounds, respectively.

But Some phenolic compound will still remain in Aq phase in above method that can be remove by using ion exchange or normal silica gel column chromatography.
I would suggest the solid-phase extraction for different reasons (e.g. efficacy, environmental friendly, etc). Several resins with proton-accepting groups in their molecules should bind easily with phenols through hydrogen binding (e.g. Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Amberlite XAD-2, etc).
