Does anybody have experience on using fluorescent nucleotides for 3' end labeling using TdT? I am thinking if this could be used instead of traditional radiolabeling, but I am worried about how fluorescent probes compare in sensitivity. I will be labeling 30nt oligos as well as 7kb plasmids.
