For the calculation of mobility of graphene, can anyone suggest me, how can I use semiclassical Monte Carlo simulation? Can I use Matlab for this simulation? Would anyone please share any code or any explanation related with this? Can I use electric current value directly to calculate mobility using this simulation?

there must be a way from the current to the mobility if you have some parameter just like the GFet measurement. The main challenge for it on my opinion is how to translate those IDS-VGS curv into micro movement of Fermion with code.
