I'm currently working on a project investigating " the anticancer activity of natural compounds". I'm utilizing a combination of in vitro (cell-based assays) and in silico (molecular docking, QSAR modeling) techniques to identify promising drug candidates.

I'm curious to hear from researchers with experience in integrating these methodologies:

  • What are some key challenges you've encountered when combining in vitro and in silico approaches?
  • What strategies have you found effective for validating in silico predictions with experimental data?
  • What recommendations would you give to someone just starting out in this area?

As many of you are likely aware, securing funding for open access publication can also be a significant hurdle. I would be interested in how teams have solved this.

I'm eager to learn from your insights and experiences!

I'm also happy to share my expertise and preliminary findings.Best regards,
