I'm an electronics and communications engineering lecturer and researcher currently working on a research paper on distributed power amplifiers (DPA). I'm using Keysight's Advanced Design System (ADS) for simulations.
I'm looking to model a DPA using Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistors. However, I'm having trouble finding the appropriate model library for a GaN transistor to use in ADS.
Could anyone please advise on how I can obtain or access a reliable GaN transistor library for ADS? Any guidance on where to search, specific manufacturers' websites, or if there's a standard process for this would be greatly appreciated.

To add a GaN transistor library in ADS, first, download the vendor's design kit (PDK), which contains the models and installation instructions. Next, in ADS, go to DesignKits > Unzip Design Kit to extract the downloaded files to your desired directory. Then, in DesignKits > Manage Libraries, add the new design kit and make sure it's enabled. Finally, restart ADS to make the new components available in the palette menu for schematic design.
