Dear researcher, please can you share me the international oil quality standard? I have extracted oil from local crop and determined its physicochemical properties (Iodine value, acid value, saponification value, refractive index, peroxide value), But I didn't get the international standard for he comparison. It is better if it is for general crops, rather than for separate oil-crops.
