Google Scholar is very useful too as are any publications by revered bodies such as NIST/NBS. You can do measurements yourself on plates with given rectangular dimensions. Woodhouse and McIntyre have given formulas for extraction of elastic moduli from rectangular plates. If you can saw the plate yopu can also find the Poisson ratio from given mode frequency data. You may need to do modal analysis or Chladni tests to check the mode shapes.
