Please find the Scopus 2019 list (attached)!

You first need to conduct a search within the Excel list to establish which journals are from India, and, secondly, search for those with a computer science / information systems / or related genre.

Once you have narrowed down the possibilities down (e.g. 5 - 10 journals), you need to go to those journals websites to see if page fees are applicable, and whether or not their scope matches the topic you had in mind!
