As a result scientists stop to do research under project, after doing one or two research project . Please share your view
I agree, there ia too much adminiytration relatwd to both teaching and research and we just try to aviod it as much as possible.
Yes, administrative work consumes lots of research time. However, we can at least minimize it since we cannot avoid it totally.
I've found that, after a while, researchers master the processes and can progress through the various administrative hoops fairly quickly. I see it only as a very minor hindrance that sometimes provides a break from more challenging tasks.

True, that with passing of time scientists /Professors learn to deal the issue. But, research environment vary nation to nation. Here is a huge scope for further study in research environment. Even my try to develop an index to state the research environment of different nations
