During publishing an article what is the permissible range of plagiarism.?.
Many times we publish more than one articles from a sinhle study where the study and materials and methods are almost same. In biological science clubbing more parameters creates confussion amongst the readers and also to draw the conclusion of the finding. And in most of the journals there is a set word limit. So mostly we cant place the whole study in one article. Thus we split into many depending the extent of study. But there cones the plagiarism while publishing. As most of the methods like feed preparation feeding procedures etc so automatically it seems to be high familiarity index but originally the study is novel. Hence please guide the researchers in this regards how this can be eliminated. .. and a request to editors can similarity index be considered for intro results and discussion only. Even references may give rise to higher similarity index.

I think the secret is to recycle the same underlying research for different audiences. This can work well when your research is interdisciplinary.
It is important to consider the audience of your target journal and to adjust your literature review to demonstrate respect to articles already published there.
Once you understand these principles you can make small adjustments to avoid plagiarism matching.

Plagiarism as such is not tolerated. you can confirm the results of someone else you cite or you cite previously published data by someone else.

1. It is true that in the methodology gets repeated in biological sciences at the time of different publication from the same field.
2. When you go for plagiarism check next time, do not check your references.
3. References are not considered for plagiarism at the time of publication (so exclude them).
4. You can not skip Materials and Methods section for plagiarism checking.
5. But not to worry if you get highest plagiarism in this section.
6. Simultaneously you have to be careful at all other sections.
7. You can cut short the plagiarism form Materials and Methods section by making it brief at different levels in different publications.

I appreciate your response. But what I understood so far all the sections are counted in plagiarism checker. And i wish and think the bibliography sld not be taken into account. And materials and methods sld be having certain relaxation. Apart from that the portions like result discussion introduction sld be considered very intensively for making an article novel approachbale ..
