I’m facing some issues simulating a Schottky diode in ADS. Although the diode is designed to work above 1 GHz, it fails to rectify signals at frequencies higher than this. What could be causing this issue? How should I model the diode to achieve accurate results?

If there are any documents or resources that can guide me through accurate simulation in such cases, I would greatly appreciate your recommendations.
