How do i set dipole orientation in MEEP?

Hello,

I wish to simulate the outcoupling of light emitted from a dipole in a thin film stack in MEEP FDTD in Python, I am wondering if anyone knows how to set the dipole orientation, that being vertical and horizantal with respect to the thin film stack.
