(Scale request) Anyone has the Indonesia version of Eating Attitude Test-26?

Dear Researchers,

My research is conducting a eating disorder related research in Indonesia and i would like to use the Indonesia translated version of EAT26. I have tried to email the related authors who translated the scale, however, there was no reply from them.

To anyone who has the indonesia translated EAT-26, if you do not mind, can you please send a copy to me? or Can you please tell me who I should contact?
