I was wonder how to stabilize sandy soil (without any fine aggregate passing sieve number 200 astm) poorly graded or in nutshell pure sand with hydrated lime and natural Pozzolan , in order to ignite pozzolanic reaction and consequent cementation due to this admixture , my question focused on mixing methods , curing condition and environment in which stabilized samples are preserved and specially lime properties and preparation , and any other possible influential parameters that i might forgot to consider and mention

The easiest way to achieve that without using too much of the Pozzolan or Lime, is probably by attempting a two-step mixing approach. Mix sand first with preferably hydrated lime in the first step using a very low W/C ratio (the idea is that you first coat the sand particles with lime); after some wait time of about 30 minutes (please run trials to determine best time), then do the second mixing.

If i understood correctly, you are suggesting that i dry mix my sand and hydrated lime and then to add pozzolan, in this case i should divide my water and pour it onto the admixture in two step and because of my experience in this case sand and lime admixture with low water content won't produce an uniform and even paste , may i ask why you suggest this approach, does it have enormous influence on aftermath cementation?
again i am curious about my hydrated lime properties , as you well know it is vulnerable extremely against environmental condition, before adding lime to sand particles do i have to do some special treatment or not could please elaborate

A two-step mixing approach in this case means that the first mixing uses low quantities of water and hydrated lime. The idea is that you coat the surface of the sand with lime, and it's not dry mixing otherwise the lime wouldn't coat the sand grains. The water is proportioned to achieve low Water-Lime ratio. In the second step, the remainder of the lime and pozollan, plus water are mixed with the first step mass. I hope this makes sense.
