What is the best way to prepare 28-days cured cement paste specimen for FESEM.
1) Shall it be in powder form? what size?
OR
2) shall it be in flakes/cubes (what size is recommended in this case).
Please comment any other suggestions.
Thank you
What is your aim? What do you want to see?
SEM is not a magic wand, it will not give answers on all questions after using just one specimen.
I am pretty sure that you do not want a powder. As for specimen size, it depends on SEM you'll use, so talk about it with an SEM operator.
