Si por "gran jugador" te refieres al capital transnacional que dicta los programas de acción a Estados-nacionales, desde los centro financieros, muchos de los cuales ya no tienen una nacionalidad específica; yo creo que si permitiría que el conocimiento indígena participe en los postulados del desarrollo sostenible, en cuanto tenga la posibilidad de cosificar ese conocimiento y transformarlo en un objeto de intercambio desprovisto de toda valor esencial, es decir, en la medida en que pueda moldearlo a sus intereses, minimizarlo, empacarlo, promocionarlo banalmente y venderlo, permitirá que conocimiento ancestral sea un instrumento más para el mantenimiento de la vida capitalista. Ahora bien, lo que no me queda muy claro, es por qué el conocimiento indígena, de cualquier parte del mundo, quisiera o le interesaría ser parte de un postulado contradictorio, inoperable y retórico como el desarrollo sostenible. Incluso considero, que más bien, los conocimientos de Pueblos Originarios están procurando en diversas maneras, ser una alternativa a ese planteamiento hegemónico y estandarizante del desarrollo sostenible.

Sustainable economic development, including pro-environmental and pro-climate sustainable economic development, should be planned and implemented from a strategic, national, macroeconomic perspective as well as from a regional, operational, local government, mesoeconomic and microeconomic perspective. Sustainable economic development carried out at the self-government level consists in the fact that in the regional development plan of the municipality and in the strategy of the socio-economic development of the municipality, the development of the local community and economy, the objectives of sustainable development, the principles of pro-environmental responsibility of the self-government authorities are taken into account, including the realisation of, among others, the Among others, the pro-climate transformation of the energy sector, development of renewable and emission-free energy sources, improvement of sustainable municipal management, development of waste sorting and recycling systems, pro-climate development of municipal parks, development of afforestation and pro-environmental, sustainable organic farming in the municipality area, etc. are taken into account. Indigenous knowledge is easily adopted by the local people and it is not harmful to environment.

The "seeming scientific world (AI)" is intrinsically imperialistic and triumphalist in relation to indigenous knowledge because the cosmology framing indigenous knowledge is incompatible with the AI cosmology. AI is being challenged by the quantum theory of consciousness and the quantum theory of life. Through time, as these two theories converge and merge they will displace AI's cosmology with a new cosmology that recognizes the indigenous cosmology and knowledge as being essential contributors toward healing Earth. -- The question is how soon this displacement of AI cosmology occur.

Indigenous knowledge could be regarded as the magic key that can unlock the deliberate obscurity imposed on society today. Modern knowledge has never been reliable at any point in time, it temporarily rules and then discarded in search for new speculations, that is whey research is an ongoing life long process in the predator knowledge systems championing global discourse on every front. What modern scientific knowledge does is to skillfully rob humanity of local ecological awareness and prioritize global awareness with little or no local relevance. Attempting to pursue sustainable development with no regard to local ingenuity embedded in indigenous knowledge systems, skills and practices is preparing to fail in advance. In nearly every sector, indigenous knowledge is proving to have been correct. In the health sector, for example, there has been some campaign promoting male circumcisions by modern health experts but some indigenous communities have been practicing the same for centuries. In the agriculture sector, modern scientists managed to dupe local communities into discarding their indigenous crops (seeds) for hybrid ones yet the indigenous crops were accustomed to the geophysical (particularly thermal) properties of the areas and production cost has gone up with unstable productivity as the land now loses its bases with rapid physical deterioration. The fragility of the modern scientists' 'solutions' to food security is alarming. The populations of starving people is now on a sharp rise against the sustained propaganda advocating for the adoption of over-glorified speculations perpetuated by well crafted 'messianic' commercials packaged as empirical evidence. The noted rise in vulnerability in all its variables and declining resilience is partially attributed to globally anointed solutions with questionable local relevance. Climate impacts which are widely accused to be the devils of human suffering are sheer extreme events that come into contact with a severely undermined and misguided society. We need to rethink indigenous knowledge because it encompasses both the sacred and secular, systems, approaches and practices and its results do not need to be supported by abstract numerical convictions but personally felt and shared in stories of verifiable change. This does not imply negating the valuable contributions and strengths of modern scientific knowledge, didactive as it is, but a call for possible merging of the two systems to address the weaknesses of each by bringing in the strengths of each knowledge base.

In my opinion I think, local communities can implement the role of indigenous knowledge in sustainable development as long as such knowledge is within the scope of science, morally sane and economically important.

The local community is mostly overlooked by the scientific world (AI). However, the local community knows best in the context of sustainable development of their community.

The way forward in my opinion is to start at the grassroots, incorporate IKS into the AI. The value of IKS in sustainable development of any given community is evident in the failure of the current initiatives that overlook IKS, the community does not take ownership of decisions that do not reflect their needs.
