Is it possible to assume that the RNA (pic attached) which looked like fully degraded and contaminated apparently will work fine if run on qPCR? And if it amplifies well enough, what could be the possible explanation?
It is not possible to obtain repeatable, accurate results from a degraded RNA sample, or an RNA sample that has organic contaminants in it. Best to either re-extract your sample, or you can re-purify via alcohol precipitation.
Degraded RNA will not give you better result in a continuous manner. and i hope it will not give you good results on qPCR. Its better to re-extract RNA for further works.
