can anyone let me knw what is color of product in tissues after nbt/bcip reaction? So far I have attempted in situ exp twice. In the 1st exp I got blue color reaction whereas in 2nd purple. Which exp should I consider positive or correct? Anyone pls hlp me as I am confused and not able to proceed further...........

Hi Mahalakshmi, the colour of NBT/BCIP-reaction is always blue.In your 2nd exp you probably had a wrong buffer or wrong pH. Good luck Uschi
