Currently I am trying to find a way to test the RNA decay of certain gene of interest in intestinal tissue derived from WT and mutant mouse.

I do not have expertise in the field and therefore, I do literature search. Unfortunately, the only papers I find are evaluation of RNA decay in cultured cells or in tissue samples collected from patients or mouse, but not treated with transcription inhibitors…

I want to test the RNA decay over time, therefore incubation with transcription inhibitors is necessary. So, guys- do you have any recommendations, tips, comments?
