Hi, are you sure the P-value or adj P-value (FDR) are not included in that table. One possibility is that this table has already been filtered for certain P-value (for example 0.05). If so, then you don't need to worry about filtering them again. If this is not the case then you should start reanalyzing the data using the counts file. Hope this helps 

Dear Dr Upendra   thanks for your reply actually i do not  understand  is that they did the filtration of data on the basis of P-value or not ........

Only fold change values and not p-values are given in your table. If this is the only information you got, then you should import the counts into e.g. edgeR make a contrast matrix and from here you can get p- and FDR-values. 

The spreadsheet you show only has single columns of raw data for Control and Drug - is this just an example of your data or are you only comparing a single Control and Drug sample? You need to have at least 3 replicates of each condition before you can perform a statistical test and calculate a P-value or adj P-value (FDR).

 Thanks a lot for your valuable answer Dr Kristian Almstrup and Dr Paul Dickinson  now i have got the data sheet of p value and q value and i have seen only 50 genes cross this criteria isn't that is little bit low.......................although 17000 genes got up or down regulated and if i consider only 2 fold increase genes regardless of p and q value compare to control sample should it will be worthy or not for my research purpose....................although in some of the article consider which fill of this three criteria   if you kindly give your valuable opinion ..........it will be great for me to go through next.............
