You should first define the "smart hospital" in detail.
- need for supra-specialized and expensive personnel for maintenance, with possible shortage
- difficulty in training of the existing personnel, especially the oldest one
Smart hospitals mean that all information systems and patient care provision are robotic and controlled by AI. You have to define and explain. Then what and how about the patient care responsiveness?
