I have perform the reverse coding of negatively statements of emotional maturity scale (5 strongly agree indicates high on emotional instability).

Know i have reverse coded the scale, it means 1 is high on emotional stability. without making any changes in existing scale but only reverse coding

Whether it is adoption or adaptation?
