Is it possible to withdraw from a publication with a publisher (because of its bad reputation) and tell them to stop selling your book? If so, how do you go about it?

Besides the fact that I think it is unlikely that they will coorporate with a request to withdraw your publication I think it is not worth the trouble.
Your list of publications is just fine:
-Journal of Imagin (Impact factor 2.7 and Scopus indexed CiteScore CiteScore 5.9)
-Mathematics (Impact factor 2.3 and Scopus indexed CiteScore 4.0)
-Procedia Computer Science (Scopus indexed CiteScore 4.5)
I-nternational Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Applications (Impact factor 0.7 and Scopus indexed CiteScore 2.3)
-Results in Physics (Impact factor 4.4 and Scopus indexed CiteScore 8.7)
-Advances in Continuous and Discrete Models (Impact factor 3.1 and Scopus indexed CiteScore 2.3)
-Epidemiology & Infection (Impact factor 2.5 and Scopus indexed CiteScore 4.1)
There is no trace of excessive use of predatory journals publishers (or more precise there is none). So, one book published by a publisher that is not well reputed is no big deal. I presume you still stand behind the quality of your own book. If so, then personally I would just add it to your CV as one of your publications.
