Hello community. I have a problem with mounting the slides avoiding the micro-bubbles. I tried using both water based medium (like Immumount) and DPX (applied to both dry slide and soaked in xylene) and no matter what I do, I always get the micro-bubbles in the sections. Usually it's not a big deal but when my in situ signal is weak (blue coloring), bubbles interfere with the signal. Any ideas how I can avoid creating them?
