Thank you so much for the response. I tried to edit the constants.h file and set the parameters of Max Records to 5048 Atoms. But, I am unable to execute the file using the following commands ./configure, Make, Make install. Kindly help me in doing the same. I am unable to get the Autodock4.exe file after running the commands.
