Reconstruction and re-organization based on current needs and priority are crucial and should be considered by governmental and private sectors as well as individuals at so many levels.
Government's throughout the world are changing policies regarding healthcare. But there are a few hindrances to it. The benefits of the newly changed policies will reach their targets after sometime and not immediately. So social patience is a key to the success of these policies. I doubt how many governments around the world are teaching and preaching about social patience.
Funds are required for the changed policies. With recession in many parts of the world, the governments are struggling to bring in funds. They are being forced to curtail expenses somewhere else and divert those funds towards healthcare. This is bound to create some sort of social agitation in other sectors and spheres of life.
I fully agree with Dr Anamitra, however it is seen specially in India the super rich has profited hugely in the time of lockdown. It's there social and humane responsibility to help poor people generously in this time of desperation.
